Why lightweight solar

Opening up surfaces that conventional solar leaves behind.

Glass-and-aluminium modules are an excellent solution for many installations. But their weight, mounting requirements and standardised geometry can exclude otherwise usable roofs and structures.

LightArray is focused on technologies that reduce system mass and expand where solar PV can practically be deployed—without treating low weight as a substitute for sound engineering.

Installation method, heat management, electrical safety, weather resistance, durability and long-term performance all matter. We are interested in the complete engineered solution—not simply the lightest module.
